Pre-work Training Program is a job-seeking guidance program developed by Lockin-China based on its rich experience in overseas recruitment. It is a two-day program with a total of 7 sessions, specifically designed for Chinese returnees. It aims to help Chinese oversea students with knowledge of current China’s job market including competitiveness analysis, income level, employment directions, etc. It also provides a session for students to develop their skills in resume writing, interview, online job application and other necessary skills for applying a job. Chinese Returnees Career Development Fair is an exclusive recruitment events for returnees. It runs in conjunction with the GUCDC as an annual global event. We have held three job fairs in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen in 2016. There are over 100 companies participated in the events, bringing 1500+ job opportunities, and 4415 candidates attended sending out their CVs. For heads of career offices from global universities, they also have the chance to in-depth conversations with HRs from Top Chinese recruiters.More
